Important Information:
Little Elm Medical Clinic partners with Clinical Pathologies Laboratory, Inc. (CPL) to offer you the convenience of on-site lab testing. Any blood tests ordered during your exam can be performed while you are here in our office! ​
Please note that CPL services are billed separately from your Little Elm Medical Clinic office visit. Copays or coinsurance are applied according to the terms of your specific insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to make sure that your insurance is in-network with CPL prior to your lab draw.
If your insurance is not in-network, please inform your provider or the phlebotomist that you will need a printout of the lab order to take with you to the facility that is in your network. Should you have questions about your CPL services and fees, please contact their Customer Service/Billing Department at 1-800-411-2762. For questions about copays or coinsurance, please contact your insurance provider.
